When Theresa answered the phone, I could tell she was more than friendly and helpful. I sent her pictures of bar code labels on my garage door and she researched exactly which door it was. Then she took a lot of time to locate 2 panels for it. As soon as they came in she contacted me to schedule a technician to come to my house.
