OK - nice job. Kudos. The admin side was professional and responsive in communicating with the customer and maintaining scheduling for the job (installing a sidewinder door opener). Response times were fast. Really fast. Additionally, Michael, who did the install, did a professional job and was skilled in his product knowledge. Simply put, they were professional and costs were quite reasonable. What else could you ask for?

Called Precision for repair this morning because sensors not working properly. They sent repairman today. Michael was very knowledgeable about how garage opener worked. Not only did he replace the sensors, which he checked and found to my surprise, still under warranty, but adjusted open and close settings, lubricated garage door, and made sure keyless pad operated properly. Thank you Precision and especially, Michael!!!

They had 24 hr service. I called at 10pm and they were there at a 945am next morning. Michael did a great job ,was courteous, and explained what needed to be done. He did offer a overhaul deal , but was not a pressure deal ,just an option. Glad I did take it . Door is so quiet now just like new !

Better than I could have wanted. Called for suddenly broken spring. Michael was able to come on the same day, fixed the spring, made adjustments and repairs so that the door closed tighter and quieter than it had before, and gave recommendations on maintaining to prevent future problems. No hesitation to call again if I have issues.
