I love Precision! I've used them several times at 2 houses. Fran showed up on time and explained all our options to us and answered our questions and then went right to work.

This was a maintenance call since I had not had maintenance performed on door since 2015. From the groans it made as it closed I knew I had neglected the door too long. The man was polite and worked quickly and I received a welcome surprise when presented my invoice. I had originally told a service call would be $85.00. I was pleasantly surprised when it was only $39.00. My door now opens and closes with no groans to be heard.
